A Smile in the Taxi Park
This morning, the day began like any other—dust rising lazily from the roadside, the sun still soft and undecided in the sky, boda bodas humming like restless insects, and taxis coughing to life one after another. I boarded one heading to town, squeezed between the familiar rhythm of Kampala’s movement—vendors calling out prices, conductors tapping on metal doors, coins clinking in hurried exchanges.

Too Loud For Me
A quiet confession about the days when patience runs out before the morning even begins. There are days when you wake up already exhausted. Nothing has happened yet, but everything bothers you anyway: someone's voice, a message, a too-cheerful "good morning," as if the world didn't understand that today you're not built for that. It feels like your patience quit overnight, leaving you alone with a mood you can't even explain.

Polish Hell in the Shadow of Apulian Suns: The Anatomy of National Shame 🇮🇹🇵🇱
There are stories that keep you awake at night. There are facts that burn more intensely than the Italian sun in the middle of July. As a Pole living abroad, building my life far from home, I came across a story that made my face burn with shame. 🔥 I write this with difficulty, because the worst harm didn't come from the outside. It was orchestrated by my own countrymen. It wasn’t a foreign enemy—it was "one of our own" who inflicted this fate upon another. To say that "a Pole is a wolf to a Pole" is, in this case, a massive understatement. A Pole became a master, an executioner, and a ruthless oppressor to his own brother. 🐺💔

The Gaddafi Model Revisited: Is Iran the Next Target in a Global Power Strategy?
The Gaddafi Model Revisited: Is Iran the Next Target in a Global Power Strategy? In recent geopolitical debates, a controversial phrase has resurfaced: the “Gaddafi Model.” Originally linked to Libya’s decision in the early 2000s to dismantle its weapons of mass destruction programs, the model is now increasingly referenced in discussions about Iran. The implication is clear—intense pressure, isolation, and forced dismantling of strategic capabilities may once again be used as tools of regime control. As tensions rise in the Middle East, the question is no longer theoretical: could Iran be facing a similar fate, and what role do regional powers like Pakistan play in this unfolding strategy?

Word of the Day: 財政
I haven't been able to use my Budget book at all, but I feel like also part of my issue was not taking out any loans at school. I might need to do that next term just to allow for some cushion for everything. Also I might need it for transportation.

Word of the Day: 天皇制
My mind feels crazily clear. I had 3 gummies and I actually have no intruding voices, no intruding thoughts. I am really free. Sometimes I play like 3 different sound devices just to feel even slightly clear, but right now, the music is all I need.
