Better Tomorrows

Breaking through barriers,

Is scarier than I thought,

Terrified by what they taught me,

I bought into the version you see,

Afraid of my own reality,

When really it is my entity,

Creating what I believe to be,

Dictating a story in the making,

Indicating the direction I'm taking

Shaking off an old way of being,

Breaking the barriers I'm seeing,

Fleeing a feeling of needing,

Seeding a whole new crop,

Believing I'm already on top,

Popping the cap,

Closing the gap,

The trap is set,

Snapping into action,

Creating a distraction,

Just to gain traction,

The satisfaction is mine,

I know I'm Divine,

Creating my own Timeline,

Shining brighter then before,

More and more barriers show,

I eliminate their shadows,

Illuminating better tomorrows.
