I’m Someone Who Never Says "No" and I Hate It
I'm that person who always, always, alwaysssss says yes to everything. Even to things I do not want to do, or that I know will hinder me from doing other things. Does this sound like you? This was why it was so hard for me to say "no." Let’s take a deep dive, shall we?

The Cancer Within Ourselves
Ever wonder that fear that we have. There is a brick wall always telling us to stop and rethink about what we are about to do. Whether be it a commitment or running a marathon or a business idea. We are always stopped or slowed down to no longer continuing to achieve that goal. The tumors in our communities and society have brought us down to a single passage that leads to a place of nowhere.

Through Any Darkness
I know, I know you feel lost in the woods and trapped. You may be feeling as if you’re alone and like there is not a soul out there that can understand you. You may be feeling as if you deserve all that you have had to deal with and have gone through. You feel as though everyone will judge you if you speak up and fingers will be pointed at you for “putting yourself in that situation.” You may feel as though your life has no purpose and you’re on “idle.” Whatever your situation was or is I am here to tell you that YOU ARE NOT ALONE!

Take Control of Your Life
I have always been that type of person who was skeptical when it came to mind coaching and self-motivation speech. But this woman really caught me off guard. If I consider how catchy and involving she was—and with all her passion and relentless work she has been put on to encouraging thousands of people in the rocky path called Life. Her smile, her attitude, and her warm words definitely get her a long way through. Last and not least, I adore how she wears her must-have colourful sneakers with such a bubbling confidence. And all this began with a simple video on Instagram.

Balancing Hustle & Play
In a world full of fast-paced technology and the instant glorification of being constantly on the go, it is counter cultural when we actually implement balance over constant hustle. It not only leaves us anxious to always find something to do, but also leaves us empty when we find ourselves falling short at the end of the day. We are now to overwork ourselves to keep up with the pressures of meeting deadlines that we have created and that culture has pushed us to fulfill. Constant hustling is glorified, but do we ever stop to think about what it does to our beings—physical body, soul, and spirit?
