Now, I’ve created a couple lists highlighting some of the best anime Funimation has to offer, but here are some new ones that are making the list of ones you need to watch today! Also to note these are all dubbed. There are definitely really interesting ones that are new and in Japanese, but I don’t watch those because I get caught up in the subtitles and don’t even watch the show! Ha!

Fools Gold There’s nothing like a Matthew Mcconaughey and Kate Hudson movie. These actors together really know how to make a good movie. This movie is about a group who tries to find a treasure hidden off an island tied together with a beautiful history. The only thing is that the main guy trying to find it has no money, no funding, but somehow with a little luck and love finds a way to try and make it happen!

The First Trimester of Pregnancy
When you are pregnant so many people will give you advice and ask you inappropriate questions. Men, women, kids, etc. Suggestions do help, especially if it is your first child, like mine, but those who said it in a certain way were the ones who really made an impact. So if you’re reading this and trying to figure out how to talk to a pregnant women start with something like, “This helped me...” or “My wife used this or ate this to help her, try it, it might help you.” Instead of things like, “This is going to happen...” or “You need to do this because of this...” I had many cousins try saying that I will be like this or like this and then I had many who said this helped me and some of things they suggested did and it was so great to get advice from women who have had this experience.

The New 'Fruits Basket' Review
Funimation has put out a new animated version of Fruits Basket. The story is following the manga, and is lasting longer, but it has many changes including more accurate voice portrayals, the animation obviously, and Kyo doesn't like Chives. Not Leeks anymore, but Chives. Here is my review so far with 16 episodes in, and why you should watch this one AFTER watching the original.

'Vampire Royals' Book Series Review
Brought to us by Leigh Walker, this series is a mix between 'The Selection' and 'Twilight' mixed in with its own flavor. It's about a royal family of vampires who are run out of their country by a disease and take over a human country. About five years after this happens the Royal Family decides to create a pageant where two girls from each settlement are brought to the castle and try to win the prince's heart.
