A poem about climbing trees.
By Madison "Maddy" NewtonPublished 3 years ago β’ 1 min read

It's a wonder where the fascination comes from,
I think trees appeal to us all, whether or not we have a green thumb.
They give us breath, exciting terrain,
shade from the sun and cover from rain.
Climbing them, it was a monkey I was sure I'd become.

This poem beautifully captures the allure of trees and the joy of climbing them.πππππ
That's sweet and the trees need all the love we can give them nowadays. Ever heard of the Wood Wide Web? It's a real thing!
