A Man Caught Naked in a Giant Web
No way out the doors locked in his own head

A Man Caught Naked in a Giant Web
A man caught naked in a giant web,
His arms trapped, his legs entwined,
A silken prison, no escape,
He thrashes, struggles, lost in time.
His mouth agape, a silent scream,
A cry for help, a desperate plea,
“Let me out of this prison,” he calls,
But no one hears, or dares to see.
The threads are thick, the weight immense,
Each movement pulls him back again,
A tangle of fate that binds him tight,
In the darkness, he’s alone with his fight.
Yet as he writhes, his thoughts take flight,
Of freedom’s taste, of the day and night,
Of how the world felt before this snare,
When life was free, and hope was there.
now, in this web, he’s trapped, confined,
A man undone, by fate’s cruel design.
In reality, there is no web at all, you see,
It’s in his own head, he no longer is free.
Now it’s dark, no way out,
In a padded cell, he screams and shouts.

I've been writing poetry since the age of 10. With pen in hand, I wander the realms unseen. The pen holds power; ink reveals thoughts. A poet may speak truth or weave a tale. You decide. Let pen and ink capture you ❤️#Marie381UkWrites

We all need a mental health day once in a while. Also, in writing this poem we can all let go of some issues that are fighting us as well. Good job.
This quite a psychological poem. Good job.
